When you’re building something different and new or you need different results, start with a blank sheet of paper. Draw out your ideal organization and build from there. It doesn’t mean your letting go of all of your existing team. This method will allow you to start with what you need to achieve that goal and build from there. It’s not easy, but a big fat audacious goal usually is not.
